Gail Hall Ed DDr. Hall is a Visiting instructor in the School of Communication at Texas Southern University. With a background in reading education, Dr. Hall has learned that reading is the fundamental skill that enhances all other disciplines. She has been blesse to teach students from kindergarten to college. Dr. Hall has been married for 27 years to James A. Hall. They have four children and six grandchildren.
