Gail BaileyDr. Gail Bailey and her husband, Frank Bailey, came to Denver in 1983 to pastor Deliverance Tabernacle. She has continued as senior pastor since 2008, when he went to his eternal reward. She is the mother of two wonderful sons and has a multitude of randchildren and great-grandchildren.Her avid love to study God's Word and train others inspired her to attend seminary, where she completed her PhD.
