Frederick H CookinhamFrederick H. Cookinham, 69, was born in Syracuse, New York in 1954. He earned a BA in American History from Cortland State College in 1976 and a Masters from Brooklyn College in 1987. He is the author of The Age of Rand: Imagining an Objectivist Futue World. He currently edits Broadside, the newsletter of the American Revolution Round Table of New York. He has retired from a career in legal proofreading and now leads walking tours in Manhattan. Five of his tours concentrate on Ayn Rand, whose life and work he has been studying since the age of thirteen. Six more show sites from the American Revolution in New York City.
