Franziska OehmFranziska Oehm studied law in Madrid and Erlangen-Nuremberg and completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt, Berlin and at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations in New York. Her doctoral thesis formed part of the research project Huma Rights as a Standard for Transnational Economic Law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. As a researcher and lecturer in international criminal law, she visited California, Colombia and Cambodia.
