Frank LockwoodFrank Lockwood [1846-1897] was an English lawyer and Liberal Party politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1885 to 1897. In 1896 Lockwood traveled to the United States to attend the nineteenth meeting of the American Bar Association with LordChief Justice Coleridge and Montague Crackanthorpe.
