Frank E HullBorn at Walter Reed Hospital to a military family, Frank was raised in Lancaster, California in the Mojave Desert. He attended the University of Southern California, majoring in Psychology and Biology, then received his doctorate in Dental Surgery. H practiced in Central California for 35 years before retiring in Santa Barbara, California. Currently he does consulting work part time with Delta Dental of California.
