Frank Charles PisaniAuthor Frank Charles Pisani is a retired New York City Police officer born in Brooklyn, NY and graduated New Utrecht High School in 1964. He attended Pratt Institute majoring in commercial art and advertising until drafted into the United States Armyin 1965. Upon release from the military the author joined the New York City Police Department in June of 1968 and served as a police officer for 20 years.
