Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan, where he has taught since 2005. Before joining WMU-Cooley, Professor iello was an attorney with a large firm in Detroit, representing financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of commercial and real estate loans, working capital arrangements, and other financing transactions involving retail, office, residential, and office projects throughout the United States.
