Frank BahrFrank Bahr studied law and theology at the universities of Gottingen and Heidelberg and served as a research assistant with the chair of ecclesiastical history at Heidelberg. He earned his doctor of theology degree at the University of Erlangen. Bahrhas pastored Lutheran congregations in rural Pennsylvania and Ohio, and in Winnipeg and Hamilton, Canada.
