Frank AubreyFrank Aubrey was the pseudonym of Francis Henry Atkins (1847-1927), a popular British pulp fiction writer. While not much is known about Atkins, he published widely in some of the leading Victorian pulp magazines and is seen as a pionee in the lost world genre of science fiction. The Devil Tree of El Dorado (1896), his most famous novel, is a story of fantasy and adventure set in the colony of British Guiana.
