Frank A RexfordFrank A. Rexford (1876-1941) began his teaching career in upstate schools in 1903. In 1910 he became a teacher of industrial chemistry at the Brooklyn Trade School. During the World War he was active in boys' work as chief zone direcor, Boys' Working Reserve, supervising the activities of 14,000 boys who cultivated 212,000 acres of food.
