Frank A LutzFrank Lutz, Linda's companion since 1968 and husband, was born in Charleston, West Virginia, and grew up in Ohio. His father was in the automobile industry, and his mother was a part-time artist. He was a talented athlete and a scholar, like his fathr had been. Frank's father introduced him to poetry when he was ten years old, and only recently has Frank gone public with his poetic works. After having been injured playing football at Ohio State University, he went on to universities in France, Italy and Germany, finishing his scholastic undergraduate work at UCLA, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa scholastic society. He was awarded a graduate Fellowship, and today sits on the Council for the UCLA Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies. He has done academic research at the Vatican Secret Archives in Rome. During his student years he had travelled the world's oceans as a student oceanographer. He also has a commercial pilot's license.
