Francis Parker YockeyFRANCIS PARKER YOCKEY (1917-1960) is one of America's foremost anti-liberal thinkers. Yockey studied at Georgetown University, De Paul Law School, and Notre Dame Law School, where he received his degree in law cum laude in 1941. In addition to The Enmy of Europe, Yockey is the author of Imperium: The Philosophy of History and Politics (2 vols., 1948) and The Proclamation of London (1949). But Yockey was not just a political theorist. He was a political actor. In 1948, he founded the European Liberation Front. His ultimate aim was a unified Europe, free to pursue its destiny without the domination of outside powers. Using a bewildering array of fake passports and identities, Yockey traveled the world building alliances with National Socialists, fascists, Arab nationalists, Marxists, and Third World liberation movements.
