Francesca MaradeiFrancesca Maradei is Professor of Electrical Engineering at Sapienza University, Italy. She received the Laurea degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) in 1992 and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1997, both at Sapienza University o Rome. She joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Sapienza University in 1996 where she is currently full professor. She has authored more than 150 technical papers in the field of computational electromagnetics and EMC. She received the 2015 Laurence Cumming Award for outstanding service to the IEEE EMC society. She was the President of the IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society from 2010 to 2011, and an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on EMC from 1999 to 2000.
