Fox SteinhilberTammyJo Eckhart, PhD, has been part of the BDSM Scene since 1989. Her fiction crosses genres including contemporary, fantasy, historical, horror, and science fiction and ranges from novel to microfiction length. Her non-fiction works cover subjects rnging from alternative sexuality, history, relationship advice, to the challenges of trauma recovery. She holds a PhD in Ancient History with doctoral minors in Gender & Sexuality and Folklore. She has served on the steering committees of two university kink organizations, Conversio Virium (Columbia University 1994-1997) and Headspace (Indiana University 1997-2003) as well as helping organize the Applemunch (NYC 1995-1997).
