Florence Hester EdgarFlorence Hester Edgar (1874-1944) was born in the village of Dundrum, a subrub of Dublin, Ireland. She spent some years at a school in Germany, where she became proficient in the French and German languages. She travelled to the United States where, or two or three years, she gave private lessons in languages, and then she returned to Ireland with mother and sisters.
