Fernando Ramos Arenas Fernando Ramos Arenas is a tenured Associate Professor for European Cinema at Complutense University in Madrid. He earned his PhD from the University of Leipzig in 2010; since then, his research has focused on the history of Europea film cultures, national cinemas, and cinema heritage.
