Ferenc AndaiFerenc Andai (1925-2013) was born in Budapest, Hungary. In 1957 he immigrated to Canada, obtaining an MA in Slavic Studies from the Université de Montréal and a teaching diploma from McGill University, then a PhD in history from Eötvs Loránd University in Budapest.
