Felicia D SheltonFelicia D. Shelton currently serves as Director of Educational Opportunity Programs in the Early College Programs at Lake-Sumter State College, where she has been employed in numerous leadership capacities since 2005. She received her Doctor of Stratgic Leadership from Regent University in 2022. Her research focuses on leadership effectiveness, organizational growth, and leadership development. She is also a Certified Nonprofit Professional and a member of the American Council of Education (ACE) Women's Network and Steering Committee at Lake-Sumter State College. Additionally, Felicia graduated from the Leadership Academy at Lake-Sumter State College and Empowerment Leadership Mastermind Programs I & II. In 2016 she received the Five Star College Retention Club Award for outstanding leadership, the Tip of the Hat College Retention Excellence Award, and the Tip of the Hat Smart Start Award for excellent program development. Felicia graduated from the Sylvia Thomasson Educational Leadership Enhancement Program in 2013 and won the Lake-Sumter State College President's Award for outstanding scholarship, leadership, and community service in 2011. Felicia is the Founder of Delorise Isham-Presley 320 Inc. and Soror Circuli.
