Farida MirzaFarida Mirza is a published author of children's books. Six of her books have been published by Oxford University Press. Farida is an English and Psychology teacher with a Technical Writer diploma from the Algonquin College of Applied Arts & Technoloy, Ottawa, Canada. She worked as an editor at Yahoo! Inc. in Burbank, CA. All the while she was writing for children. Farida writes uplifting stories that entertain and empower children by 'opening doors' for them. Her most recent book is, "Boy From Three Worlds" for 8-15 year-old children. SPR has compared her MG book to RL Stevenson in that her book appeals to both children and adults. The story motivates children never to give up, no matter what the odds. "I See Things From Where I Am" is a humorous poem. It is an exchange between a father and son about 'agreeing to disagree'.
