Evelyn Nona PollockAt age 33, Daniel was given a tape recorder by his mother to record his journey with addiction from age 15 to age 33. His mother, author and advocate Evelyn N. Pollock, later transcribed the tapes and made them into a book called "Thirty-three Years o Conception - A Voice from the Street.
