Evelyn Grace GeerEvelyn Grace Geer lives in Sterling Valley in Morristown, Vermont. She earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in English with a concentration in creative writing at Johnson State College in Johnson, Vermont. She was the managing editor of the college ewspaper while she was a student there and wrote a chapbook of poetry, Blossoms to Bones. Evelyn was an art columnist for the Stowe Reporter and has written for Vermont Golf magazine. Her writing has also been published in The Stowe Guide magazine and the Burlington Free Press. Evelyn wrote a weekly two-page feature about life in Jericho and Underhill, Vermont, which appeared in the weekly Morrisville newspaper, the News and Citizen. She also finds an avenue for her artistic expression as a photographer and as a painter of pictures. She studied oil painting with Ken Leslie at Johnson State and then with the award-winning watercolorist Lisa Forster Beach of Stowe, Vermont.
