Evan J SchmidtEvan J. Schmidt is an avid shell collector and found his love of seashells at an early age of two and a half years old. Evan wants to share his passion and knowledge with other kids interested in seashells through this book. He currently runs his ownshell museum for people to visit in his home in Central Ohio during the spring and summer months in his parent's garage. He has been featured in news articles as well as been invited to help identify shells at a local university in his free time. He enjoys traveling to Florida beaches and spending his summers in Cape May, NJ collecting beach treasures of his own.
