Eva Yvonne KirkEva Y. Kirk is a native of El Paso, Texas now residing in Tennessee, was selected twice as outstanding young woman in America in 1984 and 1991. She produced and hosted her own tv talk show---Eva Kirk and Company---from 1991-1994. Her unique approach arned her a large viewing audience that reached over a hundred thousand homes in the Bay Area. It was simulcast on Oakland California's cable Channel 50 and Cablevision's Channel 8. She self-published two inspirational books: Sharing My Thoughts With You, a selection of scriptures extracted from the bible, pertaining to women, who over two-thousand years struggled with the same issue's women face today. Her second book, Nothing to Draw With and the Well is Deep written in 1996, gave Eva the true recognition she deserved. Eva's most rewarding experience was on the platform at the Oakland Coliseum on June 20, 1990 with hundreds of camera crews from all over the world, and her small camera crew and low definition equipment in the presence of Mr. Nelson Mandela, an experience she says will remain with her for the rest of her life.
