Ms. Eugenia holds a Master's degree in Emergency Disaster Management lanning and a Bachelor's in Homeland Security Emergency Management, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Administration. Eugenia currently serves in the U. S. Army Reserve on Active-Duty Status and has achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class with over twenty-five years in combined service. In addition to her current duties Eugenia is also certified as Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and is a career Logistician and holds Demonstrated Master Logistician certification. Eugenia is known by her friends, co-workers and family as an avid philanthropist, lover of books, motorcycle enthusiast, traveler, and swimmer.
