Erma NoteErma Note grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Mexico when she was 23 years old to volunteer with an orphanage. While in Mexico, she learned about Mexican culture and improved her Spanish. She met and married her husband, and they moved to ifferent cities within Mexico for his job. Erma learned to adapt and grow through her travels.
