Erin Leider PariserErin Leider-Pariser began her wellness career training as a fitness instructor in Los Angeles and working as a personal trainer to the stars in New York City. She earned a master's degree in exercise physiology at Columbia University and a few years ater launched Sports Travel Adventure Therapy (STAT). For nearly thirty years, Erin has led over fifty STAT trips on all seven continents, facilitating life-changing experiences for more than five hundred women, as well as additional trips for couples, friends, and family.
