Eric SbargeEric Sbarge grew up in Chicago and New York, then moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1994 when his Taiwan-born wife Wan Chih (Debra) asked if they could find someplace warmer to live. In Charlotte they founded The Peaceful Dragon Tea House and Cutural Center, which grew into the largest school in the Carolinas for tai chi, kung fu, Zen meditation and related arts.
