Eric G BrunsonAfter years of working in Children's and Youth Ministry in South Texas, Eric took his love for education into the realm of Elementary Education teaching 3rd and 4th grade on the east side of San Antonio for several years. He has since taken his love f data and education into the world of communication and contact centers. After earning a Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University in Leadership, Eric has built a career in leading and coaching other leaders in the call center environment by giving them the tools and knowledge needed to expand their own leadership styles. Eric has a genuine love and concern in not only leading other leaders in leadership, but in focusing on what generational differences look like in the workplace. As most leaders currently have upwards of four or more generational age groups in the workplace, equipping leaders with the tools they need to lead each employee is where Eric's true passion lies.
