Ephrem CarrierEphrem Carrier served twenty years in the Royal Canadian Navy (up to Petty Officer First Class). After training he worked as a hospital administrator in Alberta and the Northwest Territories. He then served as a Governor General appointed Official Reeiver representing the Superintendent of Bankruptcies in Edmonton and Halifax. Ephrem has previously been a qualified scuba diving instructor and private airplane pilot. He and his wife a Scot midwife volunteered for nearly 5 years with CUSO and CESO in other societies.A longtime storyteller and member of the Writers' Federation of New Brunswick, Ephrem has published several articles, collaborated on the children's book Pa's Harvest (with Jan Andrews; Douglas and McIntyre, 2000), and authored a collection of short stories, Exciting World Adventures published by Friesen Press.
