Emmanuelle LentI grew up in Southern California. I love hiking, chocolate, and family. My mother is from Marseilles, France, and originally Algeria. She taught me many recipes, usually with a Mediterranean, South of France flare. I also inherited her love for chocoate, something which I passed down to my own daughter.
