Emmanuel FragnièreEmmanuel Fragnière CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is a professor of service science at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland - HEG Valais. He is also a lecturer in enterprise risk management at the Management School of the Univesity of Bath. His research focuses on the development of risk management models for decision-makers in the service sector. He has published several papers in academic journals, including Environmental Modelling and Assessment, Interfaces, Management Science and Service Science.
