Emily BengelsEmily Bengels has been a public school teacher in New Jersey for over 20 years. She currently teaches elementary school reading intervention and college Spanish, but has also taught middle school gifted education and directed musicals in community thaters across the state. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Holocaust and Genocide Studies, focusing on refugee children.
