Elton LeonardKnown as the People's Artist, Elton Leonard is a seasoned Graphic Designer, who joined The American Broadcasting Company in 2006, where he spearheaded design and marketing strategies for major accounts like Good Morning America and ABC Nightline. Hiswork encompassed a diverse range of projects, from print advertising to motion graphics. Previously, he was employed at Everlands and Special Edition Press, managing design, media relations, and marketing materials. His artistic prowess extends to numerous group exhibits and solo shows, including at the Ida B. Wells-Barnett Museum and SHNY Gallery, showcasing his versatility across different mediums. A significant highlight of Mr. Leonard's career was his participation in the painting of the first "BLACK LIVES MATTER" Street Mural in Brooklyn, NY, in 2020, amidst the BLM protests. This work symbolized a powerful sociopolitical statement during a crucial time in American history.
