Ellyse TranEllyse Tran started painting at the age of five. For the past five years, she has developed her skills in oil paintings. Since she was five she has created lovely arts as gifts to her family, uncles, aunties, teachers and friends for special occasion of their lives. She is currently in grade eight. After school and when not painting, she studies with her Papa or plays with her little sister, aged four. She also loves swimming. She was the 2018 School Captain of the Villawood North Public School. She has given speeches and read at special events to promote Vietnamese culture in Australia and to assist her auntie Minh Hien to raise funds for charity organisations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association of Tasmania since she was 10.
