Previously, she was Executive Director, Curatorial Affairs, at the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto; Chief Curator and Deputy Director of Programs t the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, and Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.
