Eleanor SleathEleanor Sleath (1770-1847) was an English novelist known for her contributions to the gothic fiction genre during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Little is known about Sleath's personal life, but she achieved recognition with her ovel 'The Orphan of the Rhine' (1798).
