Elanna HerbertElanna Herbert was born and spent many years living and working in Canberra. She has also lived on the outskirts of a small rural village in the Yass valley of New South Wales and in Perth, Western Australia. She now lives and writes from Yuin countr on the south coast of New South Wales. Elanna's work appears in numerous journals and anthologies. She won the June Shenfield National Poetry Award (2020) and shortlisted for the Australian Catholic University (ACU) Prize for Poetry (2021).
