Elaine WilkinsonElaine A. Wilkinson has taught in the Early Childhood and Education field for over 30 years, including Child Abuse Prevention courses. She has served on the Texas State Advisory Board for curriculum development for the Texas Higher Education Coordinaing Board, the North Central Texas Workforce Commission as the sole child care representative on the board, and the Parent Network Advisory Board for the Texas A&M Co-operative Extension Branch. She was invited by the Ministers of Education as an Ambassador to Beijing, China and Budapest, Hungary to visit and observe Early Childhood classrooms in both the farming and city communities in those countries.
