He has nine years of training experience in the Boulder City Recreation Department and three years of experience owning and operating Prime Time Health And Fitness, a successful exercse studio where he trains clients six days a week. His educational background also includes a C.M.T. certification from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, with credits in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, and hydrotherapy. He specializes in cross-training individuals (mostly between the ages of thirty and seventy) who wish to increase their strength, endurance, muscle definition, flexibility, and lose weight.
