Dorothy MagliuloI Dorothy Magliulo born and raised in Jersey City. I live with my husband Andre. A mother of five children. I have been on disability for three years, prior to my disability I was a Certified Nurses' Aide through the state of New Jersey, Activity Aid and than a Director of Activity. I went to school for two of my titles. One year of college at Hudson Community College in Jersey, took courses in person and online of Mepap 1&2 (stands for Modular Education Programs for Activity Professional). Taking theses courses helped me received my certification for Activity. Since I worked in the field of activity I love doing crafts, polishing nails, decorating, and most of all spending time with the elderly. This is my first book. I just want people to know what should we do for the elderly to improve the places of a nursing home. I want others to know, it should never matter where we come from on how one should be treated.
