Doris WagonHemel Hempstead is situated in Hertfordshire 25 miles North West of London, 7 miles from both Watford and St Albans, 50 miles South East of Rugby and 75 miles from Birmingham. It has developed in an area divided basically into three sections by two vlleys roughly at right angles, in which flow the rivers Bulbourne and Gade (a bourne).
