Doris FiszerDoris Fiszer is the author of two chapbooks: The Binders, Tree Press and Sasanka (Wild Flower), Bywords Publication. She has won awards for her poetry including the 2017 John Newlove Award and Tree Press's 2016 Chapbook contest (The Binders). The Biners was shortlisted for the bpNichol Chapbook Award. Her poems have appeared in various journals and anthologies in Canada and the United States. She completed a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Ottawa and was a professor of Business Communications and English as a Second Language at Algonquin College.
