Dora WilburDora Wilbur taught elementary school for 34 years until she retired in 2019. During her tenure as an accomplished teacher, she won the Christa McAuliffe Fellowship Award, Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science, Wal Mart Teacher f the Year, Golden Apple Award, and WCPZ's Terrific Teacher. She was a Martha Holden Jennings Scholar and was placed in Margaretta High School's Hall of Fame.
