Donna WhartenbyDonna has been a published author with her "Faith and Family" column in Voice of Truth magazine since its inception. She loves writing for Voice of Truth and is excited about this journey as co-author of Unshakable: God Will Sustain You. Donna grew u in New Jersey, attending church with her family and learning about God's love and Word. She knew she wanted to be a teacher by fifth grade. With her degree in education, she taught in public schools and later became a corporate education facilitator. She developed curricula and taught professional and personal development skills. Now retired, Donna leads women's ministry church activities and events. She is the co-coordinator of the Women Encouraging Women ministry, which encourages women in their walk with Jesus. She loves teaching Bible studies. Donna sings solos, plays the piano, and enjoys singing in choir and praise team.Donna has been married to her loving and supportive husband, Keith, for over 40 years. They have a son, Bill, who, with his wife, has blessed them with three wonderful grandchildren. Their family vacations often take them where they can discover the beauty of God's creation in nature.
