Doman LumDoman Lum is interim pastor of the Chinese Community Church, Sacramento, California, and professor emeritus of social work, California State University Sacramento. He graduated from Claremont School of Theology with a ThD in pastoral counseling and pychology and Case Western Reserve University with a PhD in social welfare. Among his books have been Responding to Suicidal Crisis: For Church and Community; Social Work and Health Care Policy; Social Work Practice and People of Color; Cultural Competence, Practice Stages, and Client Systems; and Culturally Competent Practice.
