Djalma De Melo Carvalho FilhoDjalma de Melo Carvalho Filho was born in Palmeira dos Indios, Brazil in 1972. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Brazil in 1996, his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, rom Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG), Brazil in 2000, his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG), Brazil in 2008 and his Bachelor's Degree in Law, from Faculdade de Ciencias Sociais Aplicadas (FACISA), Brazil in 2012. Djalma de Melo Carvalho Filho has over 15 years of engineering experience. While studying at the Federal University of Campina Grande he took part in many projects involving major engineering companies, such as Siemens and Chesf. He is a founding member of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Communications (IECOM). Djalma de Melo Carvalho Filho is currently a Professor at the State University of Paraíba (UEPB) and at Faculdade de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas (FACISA). He has taught courses in Computer Networks, Safety Analysis, Computer Networks, Digital Law and Electrical Safety of Electromedical Devices. He is also a researcher at the Center for Strategic Technologies in Health (NUTES) and is a Professor at the Postgraduate Programme in Science and Technology in Health (NUTES/UEPB).
