He has an expertise and a long-standing experience in analyzing hepati hemodynamics and micro-circulatory dysfunctions in small animal models of liver diseases. He has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Hepatic Hemodynamic Laboratory, IDIBAPS, Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, University of Barcelona, Spain, where he developed and characterized several novel pre-clinical models of advanced liver diseases and portal hypertension.
