Dilek KurbanDilek Kurban is a Fellow and Lecturer at the Hertie School in Berlin. Her research interests include legal mobilisation, supranational courts, the European Court of Human Rights and authoritarian regimes. Until 2013, she was the Director of the Democatization Program at TESEV, Turkey's leading policy think tank at the time.
