Didier BlochDidier BLOCH is a graduate engineer from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble. He worked for several years in industry (Schneider Electric, VARTA GmbH), then was recruited by the CEA in 1992. In 1996, he became head of the Electrochemical nergy Storage Laboratory (Lithium Batteries and Fuel Cells), then Program Manager New Technologies for Energy. He is an expert for OPECST, the EC, the ANR. Since 2016, he has been in charge of the Battery Materials laboratory at CEA-LITEN. In 2017-2018, he is an expert on batteries and electric vehicles within the Coexistence of Nuclear and Renewable Energies Working Group led by the High Commissioner for Atomic Energy.
